This is Sahara an 8 year old female toy poodle, and Thumbelina a 10 month old female Opossum. Sahara isn’t very happy to have a sister. Thumbelina doesn’t mind but she’ll still take revenge when it needs to be dished out. Thumbelina is an Education Animal for a Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, her mom was hit by a car while she was a baby in the pouch and unfortunately passed away her and her 10 siblings were brought to the Rehabilitation center. Thumbelina was found to have brain damage, hearing loss, and lost almost all of her tail in the accident. We knew she couldn’t be released with her sibling, but since she loves people we made her an Education Animal.
