I couldn’t figure out why the kitten (Butters) did not seem to be gaining much weight. I was feeding her wet cat food twice a day as well as dry cat food available all day. One day, after feeding her wet cat food, I came back into the kitchen just in time to catch my other cat (Mokey) push her aside and start gorging on the food. When she saw me, she ran, I didn’t have to say anything, she knew that was not her food. In the last 4 months, since we have had the kitten, Mokey has gained quite a bit of weight, now I know why.
